Important: before downloading, installing, accessing, or using the TaskTube software (hereinafter referred to as"The software") , please be sure to read and fully understand the"User use regulations"(hereinafter referred to as"This agreement") . By using this software, you are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all the terms of this agreement and have entered into a legally binding agreement with TaskTube operator (hereinafter referred to as"The company") . If you do not agree with any part of this agreement, please stop using and uninstall this software immediately.
1. Definitions and interpretations
1.1"This software" means the task management and life planning application called"TaskTube" developed and operated by the company.
1.2"User" or"You" means any natural person who downloads, installs, accesses or uses this software or any person authorized to act on behalf of a legal person.
1.3"Content" means any data, information, text, pictures, audio, video, or other material that is uploaded, published, stored, or shared by a user in the course of using this software.
1.4"Services" means all functions, features and related technical support provided by the company to its users through this software.
1.5"Associated company" means any legal entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by or is jointly controlled with the company.
Acceptance and modification of the agreement
2.1 mode of acceptance
2.1.1 when installing or using this software for the first time, the user shall confirm acceptance of this agreement by clicking the"Agree" or similar button.
2.1.2 the actual use of this software by the user shall be deemed to be an unconditional acceptance of all terms and conditions of this agreement.
2.2 variation of agreement
2.2.1 the company reserves the right to modify this agreement in accordance with operational requirements, changes in laws and regulations, or safety requirements.
2.2.2 the amended agreement shall be published in the software or on the company's official website and shall become effective on the date of such publication.
2.2.3 a user who continues to use the software after a change to this agreement shall be deemed to have accepted the modified agreement.
3. Account Registration and Management
3.1 eligibility for registration
3.1.1 the user must be a natural person with full civil capacity who has attained the age of 18 years or a legal personorganization established by law and in force.
3.1.2 if the user is under the age of 18, he must be accompanied by a guardian to read and agree to this agreement before registering for use.
3.2 account information
3.2.1 users shall provide true, accurate, complete, lawful and up-to-date information as indicated on the registration page.
3.2.2 users should update information in a timely manner to ensure that it is true and valid. Any loss or liability arising from untrue, inaccurate or incomplete information shall be borne by the user.
3.3 account security
3.3.1 users shall keep their accounts and passwords in safe custody and shall not disclose, transfer or lend them to third parties.
3.3.2 users shall be fully responsible for all activities carried out through their accounts.
3.3.3 users shall immediately notify the company of any unauthorized use or account security vulnerabilities and take effective action.
4. Services, fees and variations

4.1.1 this software provides users with functions such as task creation, categorization, reminders, statistics, data synchronization, and personalization.
4.1.2 the company reserves the right to add, remove or modify service modules at any time.
4.2 fee-paying services
4.2.1 some advanced features or services may be available for a fee, depending on the price and description shown in the software.
4.2.2 the user shall be deemed to have consented to the relevant payment terms upon purchase of the fee-for-service. Unless otherwise provided by law or the company defaulted, the fees paid will not be refunded.
4.3 change, interruption or termination of services
4.3.1 the company has the right to alter, discontinue or terminate some or all of its services at any time due to business adjustments, system maintenance, legal and regulatory requirements, etc. .
4.3.2 in the event of interruption of service due to force majeure or third party reasons, the company will do its utmost to assist in handling the matter without any liability.
5. User Behavior Guidelines

5.1.2 users shall not use this software to engage in any act that violates the law, infringes copyright or harms the public interest.
5.2 prohibited acts
5.2.1 no content containing unlawful, obscene, violent, infringing, malicious code or other harmful information shall be uploaded, published or disseminated.
5.2.2 this software shall not be reverse-engineered, decompiled, disassembled, or otherwise attempted to obtain the source code.
5.2.3 no automated program (e.g. robot, Spider, Crawler) shall be used to access or collect data from this software.
5.2.4 this software shall not be leased, Lent, sold, sub-licensed or commercially exploited in any form.
5.3 non-compliance
5.3.1 the company reserves the right to take such measures as warning, functional restriction, suspension or termination of service in respect of any user who contravenes this agreement or any other law or regulation.
5.3.2 any third party claims, losses or expenses resulting from the user's non-compliance shall be the sole responsibility of the user and shall indemnify the company for such losses.
6. Intellectual Property Declarations
6.1 this software and all related intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, etc.) shall be owned by the company or its legal licensors.
6.2 users shall not use, copy, modify, disseminate or sell this software and related content in any way without the written permission of the company.
6.3 users shall have legal rights over the content they upload and shall be assured that the content does not infringe on the legal interests of any third party.
7. Privacy policy and data protection
7.1 the company attaches great importance to user privacy, as detailed in the TaskTube privacy policy.
7.2 the company will not disclose the personal information of the user to any third party except as required by laws and regulations or with the consent of the user.
7.3 the user agrees that the company may store, process, and use the information it provides on a global basis for the purposes of the service.
8. Disclaimer
8.1 the software is provided on an"As is" and"Available" basis. No warranty, express or implied, is given by the company as to the suitability, continuity, timeliness or security of the service.
8.2 the user understands and agrees that the risks associated with the use of this software and any loss that may arise are his own.
8.3 to the extent permitted by law, the company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage.
9. Compensation and limitation of liability
9.1 user agrees that it shall be solely responsible and liable for all losses suffered by the company and its affiliates as a result of any claims brought by any third party as a result of its violation of this agreement or any laws and regulations.
10. Applicable Law and dispute settlement
10.1 the formation, enforcement and interpretation of this agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the United States (excluding conflict rules) .
10.2 any dispute arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall first be settled amicably through negotiation, failing which either party may institute legal proceedings against the People's Court having jurisdiction at the seat of the company.
11. Other articles
11.1 the headings in this agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the meaning or interpretation of the terms.
11.2 the invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this agreement shall not affect the validity of the other provisions.
11.3 failure or delay by the company in exercising any right under this agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
